Short-term Kentuckiana Lodge resident, Big On Personality, had his last start for the stable at Addington last Friday night.
He came to Canterbury for a late play at a Harness Jewels start, but missed the cut for the 3YO Emerald by two spots.
The Bettor’s Delight-Personality Plus gelding was purchased in May from the John and Joshua Dickie stable by North American owner Richard Poillucci.
He will now head to the United States.
Big On Personality raced below his best, finishing 10th, in the ITM Kaiapoi Mobile Pace.
He earlier finished fourth in Gran Chico’s Listed $40,000 Garrards Sires Stakes Sophomore Classic at Addington on May 17, and ran a neck second to Feel The Money in a rating 57-63 pace at Ashburton on June 2.
Buzinga, also failed to race up to expectations in the same event as Big On Personality last Friday, making ground from last to finish seventh.
However, Flyin Milly Mac made a spirited attempt to lead throughout in the Listed $40,000 PGG Wrightson Standardbred Uncut Gem Mares Classic.
Flyin Milly Mac was caught late with an inside run by Southland visitor, I’mallaboutthebase, who won in 3:12.7 for the mobile 2600m.
